All-American 2026

 I ran this race on my own.  It was a great day and my pace was slightly faster than last year.  My pace was 11:26, it's the fastest I have run in a long time

St. Patrick's Day Run

Great run with Joe today.  I was 3rd out of 25 in my age group and a really good pace.

Snowball Series #1

 

Doing the series virtually this year as I won't be in St. Louis for all the runs.  I'm much slower when I'm running on my own as my time is definitely not as good as last year by a long way.  It is much harder to run in Denver as I feel like I am never here long enough to get used to the change in altitude and humidity.  Or maybe I'm just getting older and slower.  At least I'm still doing it AND I get the medals!!!!!
