Walnut chocolate chunk ice cream

1 13-oz can coconut milk
1/2 cup walnuts
2 ripe bananas, mashed
1/4 cup finely chopped dark chocolate
pinch of salt

Heat coconut milk until smooth.  Stir in walnuts, banana and salt.  Pour into a container and cool to room temperature.  Fold in chocolate.  Freeze, stirring occassionally.
