Asian Pork

Sometimes I just throw something together at the last minute.  I still had some Time for Dinner Asian Pork in the freezer, so I fried some onions in coconut milk, added the Time for Dinner pork and added some extra pork to it.  I also added some broccoli that was on the turn (was pretty yellow!!) and some mushrooms (just to upset the kids!!).  It turned out pretty well and everyone ate it.
