I make this almost weekly. It gives us something to eat as dessert without having any of the "bad" things in it.....
Ingredients:
4 eggs
2 cups coconut milk
1/2 cup coconut flour (can use almond)
Vanilla
Fruit
Method:
Whisk eggs and coconut milk together
Stir in flour
Add vanilla
Add in whatever fresh fruit you want
Bake at 375F for about 45 mins
