Mayonnaise

This is my favourite recipe for mayonnaise

1 egg
1 tsp mustard
pinch of salt
juice of 1/2 lemon
1 cup walnut oil

Put the egg, salt, mustard and lemon juice in a blender.  Blend for 30 sec.  Add walnut oil very slowly to allow emulsion to form. 
Can be kept for about a week
