We ate therm with cucumber, mango and avocado salad
Ben had made pita when he was in Culinary Camp and made some more when he was home. They were really good and surprisingly easy to makeBen has been coming to work with me quite a lot this Summer. He's a big fan of Fresh Gatherings and gets lunch there, it is all locally grown food and I'm glad he likes it. He had this huge sandwich one day
