2 lbs beef (I used roast from Sam's Club)
12 oz baby bella mushrooms
1 onion
garlic
1 box Pomi tomatoes
carrots
chicken stock (or red wine!!)
cabbage
salt & pepper
I put all ingredients in the crock pot and cooked for 8 hours. I added the cabbage about an hour before the end so it wasn't cooked too much.
