Day 20
I made pancakes for the kids this morning. They smelled SO GOOD!!!! I really wanted to eat one, but I resisted and just ate my regular no-oat oatmeal. I snacked on some plantain chips and a banana for lunch and then we went to St. Charles. I told the kids we could get ice cream there and Ben & I shared a kid scoop of ice cream. We only ate half of it and that was enough. It wasn't anything like as good as I thought it would be and after I ate it, I had a major headache-Sam said it would happen eventually!! I made dinner in the crock pot-beef, mushrooms & cabbage. It's one of our favourites....
