Absolutely nothing to report. Had my no-oat oatmeal for breakfast, apple mid-morning, chicken and tomato-basil soup for lunch. We went to Fuzzy's tonight because they have $1 tacos. I had a shredded chicken salad that was pretty good. I resisted the chips and salsa!!!!
Today was the first day I noticed my clothes being loose, exactly the same time that I noticed a change when I did the Whole 30 the last time. I broke down and weighed myself too and I lost 2 lbs since I started!!!!
