Day 2

Pretty boring day really.  I had my usual no-oat oatmeal with strawberries for breakfast.  I can't give up coffee, so I make flavoured coffee and put unsweetened almond milk in it.  I had the tomato soup for lunch.  I had chicken and grapes for a snack in the middle of the morning and then an apple and some pineapple for a snack in the afternoon.  I also had some plantain chips while helping Maggie with her homework.  So basically, I have been snacking all day and I feel like I have eaten way too much.  I know I eat too much fruit and not enough vegetables, I need to start working on that next...
